Exports run in the background and finish with a ZIP file. The download link works for 7 days, the ZIP file is kept for 30 days, and every file in the ZIP counts as one toward your monthly plan limit.
What happens after I press Export files?
- The job is queued. Paid plans have priority in the export queue, the free plan does not.
- The app downloads each original file from Shopify and writes it straight into one ZIP file in cloud storage. Nothing is stored on a server disk, so large exports are not limited by memory.
- The job page shows progress as
X of Y fileswith a progress bar. You can leave the page and close the app. - When the job finishes you receive an email, and the Download button on the job page becomes active.
You can stop a running job from the job page.
Where is the email sent?
To your store’s email address. You can change it on the Settings page under Email.
How long do the download link and the ZIP last?

After 7 days the link no longer works. Start a new export for the same files to get a fresh link.
How large can an export be?
One ZIP file can hold up to 160 GB. There is no limit on the number of products. Your plan sets the number of files you can export per month.
What if a file fails to download?
The app tries each file twice, and an interrupted download resumes from the exact byte where it stopped. If a file still cannot be completed, the export continues without it, the job log lists the file and the job finishes with the status finished with errors. Files that could not be exported do not count toward your plan.
What counts as one file?
Every file added to a ZIP file: an image, a video, a 3D model or a content file. Exporting the same file again counts again.
These do not count: previews, files you remove in the preview, and files that failed to download.

What happens when I reach the limit?
The export stops at the limit and the ZIP contains the files exported up to that point. The Plans page shows your remaining files and the next reset date. Upgrade there to continue, or wait for the monthly reset. When your balance is used up, the Preview files button is disabled.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, any time on the Plans page. If you move from a paid plan to the free plan, the paid plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
